To book a condo you must call our reservations desk at Toll Free # 800-535-9252 and have a Visa or MasterCard ready. ( No AMEX or Discover) .

You may also make payment using Zelle.

If your check in date is more than 30 days away at the the time you make your reservation,  a deposit of 1st nights rent is required to book/reserve. Your remaining balance will be due in full no later than 30 days prior to your check in date.

If you are making a reservation/booking a condo, within 30 days of your check in date, FULL Payment is required at the time of booking.

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. & Check out time 11:00 a.m.

Rates shown include taxes and light daily housekeeping.

If you are traveling from the USA or Canada to Costa Rica you will need a valid US  or Canadian Passport that must not be set to expire within 90 days of the day you arrive in Costa Rica. No additional or special “Visa” is required.

Your passport must be in good, clean condition with no tears or separations on any of the pages, especially the photo page, and no excessive wear and tear.

We have seen people get turned around and sent home at the airport because they arrive in Costa Rica with a passport in poor.  condition. Don’t let this happen to You!
