To book a room, suite or the Cocal House, you must call our reservations desk at Toll Free # 800-535-9252 and have a Visa or MasterCard ready. ( No AMEX or Discover) .
You may also make payment using Zelle.
If your check in date is more than 30 days away at the the time you make your reservation, a deposit of 1st nights rent is required to book/reserve. Your remaining balance will be due in full no later than 30 days prior to your check in date.
If you are making a reservation/booking, within 30 days of your check in date, FULL Payment is required at the time of booking.

You may request to check in as early as 12:00 p.m. if the room or suite you are renting does not have another party checking out on the same morning. If there is another party checking out of your room on the same day of your check in, then early check in is not possible and 3:00 p.m. is the earliest you will be able to enter the room.
If another party is not scheduled to check into your room on the day you check out, you can request a late check out up to 1:00 pm Check outs after 1:00 pm will require a $150 charge and after 5:00 pm, full day rental rate will be charged.
